Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):

* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.

(a) Reputed contractors/Bona fide firms who have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience.
(b) Specific experience: Having experiences in successfully completing of similar nature works amounting minimum of Taka 10.0 lac of Government/ Semi-Government in a single tender during the last 05 (Five) years
The above experiences/work certificate for successful completion of similar nature works shall have to be issued by:
(i) In case of the work done under any PWD Division, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/Semi Govt/ Other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district/area within whose jurisdiction work has been done.
(c) Average annual construction turnover during the last five years in Taka 13.0 lac.
(d)The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 13.0 lac. (See TDS for details)
(e) Updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance Certificate from NBR, and VAT Registration Certificate.
(f) Updated ABC Electric contractor license and Electric supervisory license from the Electric licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
(h)All Other qualifications, Terms & Conditions described in Tender documents and Tender Datasheet (TDS). Necessary supporting documents are to be submitted with the tender.
