* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
(a) General experience of the Contractor shall be 3 (Three) years of Construction Works.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works under the public sector shall be at least 01 (one) contract [Construction Works/Building Repair/ Renovation work] completed within the last 03 years. with a value of at least Tk. 6 lakh.
(c). The required average annual construction turnover under the public sector shall be greater than Tk 7 Lakh over the last [05] financial years.
(d). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [5 Lakh].
(e). At least one B.Sc engineer with 8 years of experience are required, having a minimum of 5 years of similar work experience.
(g). After supplying the materials, it will be randomly selected for lab testing. Only materials with satisfactory test results may be used in the work.
(h) The Tenderers must submit with their Tender VAT registration certificate, an Up-to-date Trade License, and an Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate provided by the Government of Bangladesh. All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of the e-tender document must be fulfilled.
