Eligibility criteria:
A) Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have Minimum 5 (five) Years of General Experience in Construction Works
B) Having Specific Experience as a Prime Contractor in Successful Completion of at least One Number of 3 Storied
RCC Frame Structure Building Including Civil, Sanitary and Electrification Works Worth not less than Tk. 3.00 (Three) Crore
in a Single Contract in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh During the last 05 (five) Years.
(i) The Work Done Under PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
(ii) The Work Done Other than PWD, The Certifying & Authenticating Authority shall be an Officer not below the Rank of Executive
Engineer.
C) The Tenderer shall have a Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 3.00 (Thre) Crore in Public Sector
During Last 5(Five) Financial Years, Estimated from the Publishing Date of IFT. Related Payment Certificates must be Submitted along
with Tender.
D) The Minimum Amount of Liquid Asset or Working Capital or Credit Facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 2.00 (Two) Crore and must be
Followed by the Appropriate Format (e-PW2A-8).
E) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 2.70 Crore as per formula stated in TDS
F) The Tenderer must Possess: Up to date:-i) Trade License.ii) Valid VAT Certificate.iii) Income Tax Clearance Certificate. iv) ABC Cont. and Superv. License from "Electric License Board of GoB.)
G)TDS, PCC. ITT and GCC Strictly should be Followed.
*VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate,regardless of the VAT rate specified in the PWD Schedule of Rates,which was used for estimation of this work*
