Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 5.00 (five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods/Mobile food van/Agri Processing Machineries of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 3 (three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty-five lac) taka.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 42,00,000.00 (forty-two lac) taka.
4. Up-to date trade license.
5. Up -to-date TIN & BIN certificate.
6. Latest vat payment certificate.
7. Latest Income tax payment certificate.
8. Bank solvency certificate with bank statement.
9. Must submit manufacturer original catalogue with proposed design & description.
10. Must submit audit report last 2 Years.
11. Must submit 2-year warranty certificate from the contract agreement Date.
12. Service and spare parts availability certificate should be submitted.
