Eligibility criteria:
01. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years.
02. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least 01 (One) number of Civil and electrical with similar work completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk 3.00 Lakh under a single contract with Government Organization .
03. The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk 13.00 (Thirteen thousand lakh only) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to submitted with all supporting documents.
04. The minimum Amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 4.50 Lakh .Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in ePW2a form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention.
05. The Tenderer have to up-to-date ABC License and Electric Supervisory License, up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate of his own.
06. Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 3.50 Lakh . The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet with supporting documents.
07.The tenderer must comply with eligibility and qualification criteria mentioned in details in the tender data sheet and particular conditions of contracts (section 2,4 in the document tab)
