* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 10000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Valid and up to date Trade Licence.
.2. Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number(13 Digit).
3. Income Tax Certificate or Acknowledgement Slip for the Assessment Year 2024-2025 or latest issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submissionof income tax return.
4. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with avalue of at least BDT 18,00,000.00 ( Eighteen Lakh) Only.
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of theTenderers shall be BDT 30,00,000.00 ( Thirty Lakh) Only.
7. Tenderer shall have to submit the Country of Origin (CoO) Certificate from the designated Chamber of Commerce for the related supply items.
8. Other conditions specified in TDS & PCC.
