Eligibility criteria:
1.Tenderer shall have the construction experience of satisfactory completion of similar works as per TDS.
2. Tenderer shall have the following minimum level of financial capacity to quality for the performance of the Works under the Contract.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be as per TDS.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of the Tender shall be Tk 100% of offered amount by Tender.
Liquid assets must be in the form of credit facilities, the certificate issued by the bank referencing to this package number and Tender ID should be considered for evaluation.
4. The minimum capacity shall be as per TDS.
5.Tenderer have to submit owner's affidavit, valid updated trade license, updated income tax certificate, vat registration certificate.
