Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 833333 ~ 2500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have
i) Valid & updated trade license.
ii) Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
iii) Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate
2. The Tenderer must be BSTI approved organization and submit authentic certificate.
3. The tenderer Must have minimum 2 (two) years’ experience in weighbridge repair/maintenance work in sugar mills and submit supporting documents.
4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of Weigh bridge maintenance work of minimum Tk. 5.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.
5. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets)/credit facilities shall be Tk 10,00,000.00 (Ten lac)
6.Tenderer must have experience in setting up new digital weigh bridge in any sugar mill under BSFIC and submit relevant certification.
7. Erection and commissioning (on Turn Key basis) work must be completed by the contractor. After completion, any leftover materials must be deposited in the company’s general store
8. Contractor must supply all necessary tools, materials, welding machine, electrodes, rods, sand, cement etc. Only the checker plate may be reused; other materials must be supplied by contractor. Construction/foundation work must follow specification.
