* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 283333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 850000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 283333 ~ 850000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Updated copy of valid trade license.
2. Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-tin certificate.
3. Updated vat registration certificate.
4. A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate & detail bank statement.
5. A certificate of ownership of the company.
6. Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.
7. Similar work experience certificate.
8. Tender Document Purchase Voucher.
9. No objection/application from the bidder will be entertained if the market price of wheat milling increases.
10. The wheat should be collected from the godown at one's own risk, crushed and delivered to the ration store along with the sacks, excluding the rate of shortage, and a shortage of more than 1.5% will not be acceptable.
11. Grinding wheat flour shall be supplied as per the requirement of the Superintendent of Police, Industrial Police-5, Mymensingh.
12. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last [03] years, with a value of at least Tk. [1,85,000].
13. Tenderer must be submitted a sample of Wheat flour shall be supplied in 4 kg and 5 kg transparent polybags as per the requirement and the weight of the product, date of production and expiry date shall be clearly mentioned on the package before the tender opening.
