Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid Trade License, Up to date Tax pay Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, NID card and Valid Enlistment letter (Issued from BIWTC, Purchase) must be submitted.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 01 (One) year. Year counting backward from the date of publication.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar nature Goods of at least 02 (Two) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 12.00 Lakh. Year counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 16..00 Lakh only. The issue date of bank Certificate/ Statement/Bank Guarantee must be within tender publication date to closing date.
5. Manufacturer/ Authorized Dealer/Distributor Certificate must be submitted.
6. After repairing works, the engines need to be synchronized and supplier must use manufacturer Authorized Diagnostic tools which need to be mentioned in diagnostic report after repair works.
7. Other terms and condition specified in the STD.
