Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Supply for dresses and others necessary items or related services as Supplier shall be [3] years.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Supply for dresses and others necessary items works under public sector of at least 1 contract of same nature successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 6 Lakh.
c) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Bank Statement/Credit commitment/Bank Gurantee for minimum liquid assests of cash flow 7 Lakh.
2. Updated VAT, Trade licence.
3. Update Income Tax Clearance Certificate (Assessment Year 2023-24)
4. Authorization letter from Manufacturer.
5. Technical Specifications and Compliance of Goods and related services (from e-PG3-4) must be furnised clearly by providing Country of Origin, Brand & Model name and Detail Technical Specifications of the product.
