Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the Following documents:
1. Up-to-date, valid trade license.
2. VAT registration certificate.
3. Latest income Tax certificate.
4. Bank Solvancy with Last three month statement.
5. Affitdavit Certificate.
6. Minimum 03 years’ experience in supplying similar kinds of goods.
7. Authorization certificate from the Tenderer.
8. Copy of National ID.
9. After receiving the work order, Polao Rice will be supplied to the ration store of the Police Line as per the requirement of the In-charge, Ration Store, Patuakhali.
10. In addition to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, all necessary rules related to public interest as per PPR-2025 shall be applicable.
