7. National identity Card (Attested by First Class gazetted officer)
8. Affidavit of not being Blacklisted of the tenderer's pad of own organization
9. General Experiance of 3 years in supply of goods and related services and 2 years Specific Experience in supply of similar goods (Attested by First Class gazetted officer)
