Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3500000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
General Information:
i). Contractors who are registered on the e-GP web portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the Tender Document.
ii). Contractors who are qualified as per PPR-2025 and its amendments and any other government rules applicable.
iii). Payment will be made only subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment due to delay of payment will be entertained.
Other Qualifications:
i). The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be5 years.
ii). The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods as a Prime Contractor at least 01 contract(s) of similar nature (i.e. Supply of survey equipment.)successfully completed within the last 5 years.
iii). The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 12.00 Lakh .In case of Credit Certificate issuing from the bank, specific Tender ID Number, package Number & Name of the work must be shown in the certificate along with ducument of credit facilities.
iv) Manufacturer’s Authorisation is required for all the items listed in Price Schedule. All items specification must be same as specification provided in tender document otherwise it treated as non-responsiveness.
