* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 83333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 250000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 83333 ~ 250000.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply works shall be 03 (Three) years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar supply of at least Tk.65,000.00 ( Sixty Five Thousand Only) under a single contract over a period of 5 years shall be required.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall Tk.80,000.00 ( Eighty Thousand Only) which shall be supported by bank statement or Bank certificates of valid credit facilities not before Tender publication Date.
4. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.
5. The Tenderer shall have Valid and up to date Trade license, BIN Certificate & Income Tax Acknowledgement certificate or Acknowledgement slip as proof of submission of income tax return.
