* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN) with Income Tax Return Certificate/Return Submission Acknowledgement Slip, VAT Registration Number and National Identification Card (NID); without which the Tender may be considered as non-responsive.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/repair & servicing works/Installations Works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be three (03) years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in repair and servicing of HVAC/Air Conditioning Machines/Air Conditioning Machines Installations Works/Confirmation letter from a HVAC supplier or manufacturer to perform the servicing works in favour of the tenderer/similar type of works under public sector/private sector of at least two (2) contracts successfully completed within the last 03 (three) years, with an aggregated value of at least Tk 3.00 (three) lac only; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 3.00 (three) lac.
