* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000000 ~ 450000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All registered Contractors of e-GP Portal who have:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (05) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under Govt/Semi Govt or public Oranization of at least single contract of Similar nature (Construction of Pre Engineered Steel Structure) successfully completed within the last five (05) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1000.00 lakh.
3. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 400.00 lakh.
4. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 1200.00 lakh best three (03) years in the last five (05) financial years.
5. The minimum tender capacity shall be: 1100.00 Lakh.
6. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms.
