Brief Description of Package: 1. Supply of Furniture, Electronics/Electrical Equipment, Display & Sound System, Home Decor, Interior Works and Other Ancillary Civil works for making Auditorium/Hall Room at Scout Shtabadi Bhaban (3rd Floor), Bangladesh Scouts, National Headquarter, Kakrail, Dhaka.
2. Other ancillary goods and related necessary works are described in the BOQ and technical specifications.

Tender Security: 750000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the manufacturer/supplier in the supply of goods and related services shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum Specific experience of satisfactory completion as manufacturer/supplier in the supply & installation of Auditorium/conference Furniture, VRF System, Digital Display System, Sound and Stage Light System, Home Decor & Interior in a single contract within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 1,80,00,000.00 (One Crore and Eighty Lakh) under any govt., semi Govt. & Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
3. The Tenderer shall minimum supply and production Capacity of Goods at least thrice of the individual item of BOQ/Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-4A) quantity per year.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. only credit line(s) is Tk. 2,20,00,000.00 (Two Crore and Twenty Lakh) in the form of a letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
5. Valid Manufacturer’s authorization Letters for each of the proposed Auditorium/conference Furniture, VRF System, Digital Display System, Sound and Stage Light System, Home Decor & Interior (Form e-PG3-6).
6. The Tenderer must enclose VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up- to-date Trade License, Up-to-date ABC Contractor and Supervisory License, manufacturer/supplier License from any GoB organization.
7. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
8. Other Requirements as per STD (e-PG3) and PPR-2025.
