Brief Description of Package: Supplying of Manpower (Supervisor, Pump Operator, Plumber, Assistant Plumber, Electrician, Electrician Helper, Carpenter, Security Guard, Cleaner, Gardener) on Monthly Wage Basis Under Outsourcing Method for Smooth Operation and Maintenance of Daily Works in Gulshan, Dhanmondi and Mohammadpur Area under Public Works Maintenance Division, Dhaka.
Eligibility criteria:
1.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector shal be 3 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2.The minimum specific experience as Service Provider in providing service personnel of at least ONE contract of similar nature completed successfuly with a value of at least of Tk 50.00 (Fifty) Lakh. over a period of last 3 (three) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
3.The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk 25.00 (Twenty Five) Lakh. over the last (3) three financial years.Total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed contracts under public sector during last 3 (three) financial years must be submitted along with the tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset i.e. Letter of Commitment for Bank's Undertaking for Line of Credit (must be submit in Form e-PPS2-5) of Tk 30.00 (thirty) Lakh. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5.Tenderers shall have the up to date valid License from Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments (DIFE) for supply of Manpower.
6. The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to-date tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT Registration certificate
iii) Up-to-date trade license
