* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer shall submit authorization letter from the Manufacturer or Direct Subsidiary Company of Manufacturer for offered items along with the tender documents, where Telephone number, Fax number, E-mail with full mailing address must be submitted by the Tenderer as proven source of goods. Procuring entity reserves the right to check and verify the authorization letter of the supply of Transmitter.
The Tenderer must submit a declaration letter with the offer and a confirmation letter from the Manufacturer or Direct Subsidiary Company of Manufacturer confirming that offered items must meet the design specification of the Existing instrument are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.
Preferred brand name: Honeywell or Equivalent. Equivalents acceptable only with authenticated End User proof of direct, modification-free replacement in existing DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP), ESD (Pro-Safe RS) System & Safety builder Burner Management System (BMS) demonstrating identical Transmitter performance and minimum two (2) years satisfactory operation.
Manufacturer’s name, model number, brand name, country of origin and port of shipment must be clearly mentioned in the offer.
Country of Origin (COO) Certificate must be submitted along with the goods.
Manufacturer’s relevant up to dated ISO certificate must be submitted along with the offer.
The tenderer must submit the manufacturer's catalogue (also marked offered items) in English with indicating manufacturing code & standard for GPFPLC required materials along with the offer ‍and original printed catalogue in English indicating manufacturing code & standard at the time of goods delivery.
01 (One) year warranty after confirmation of quality certificate from GPFPLC.
