Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must submit NID, TIN Certificate, Valid Income Tax Return Submission certificate, Valid Trade Licence, VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) Years of General experience in the supply of Goods.
3. The Tenderer shall have Specific Experience of similar works like supplying Liveries items (Safety shoes, Shoes, dungaree sets etc.) or uniforms to any Govt./Semi. Govt./Autonomous Organization of at least BDT 4,50,000 (BDT Four Lakh Fifty Thousand) under a Single contract over a period of 03 (Three) years shall be required ( Works Completion/Performance Certificate must be submitted).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk  5.00 (Five) Lakh.
5. Tenderer has to submit returnable sample of Dungaree set (readymade or only cloth as per BOQ), Safety Shoe (one pair), Shoes (Man  as per BOQ), in procuring Entity's office during tender/proposal submission (which will be accepted till tender opening time & date).
