• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be one (1) year.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least Two (2) contract(s) of ponds or canal or river excavation/ dam construction/ bank compaction successfully completed within the last five (5) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 25 Lac.
• The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 50 Lac over the last one (01) financial year
• Liquid asset shall be Tk. 10 Lac.
• The minimum capacity shall be Tk. 34 Lac.
