3. Up to date TIN & Income Tax acknowledgement Certificate/Slip.
4. VAT Registration Certificate.
5. Bank Solvency Certificate.
6. If tenderer is not Manufacturer, he/she must submit Manufacturer's Authorization Certificate for item No. 01.
7. A declaration certificate confirming supplied Goods must be new, unused and fit without any modification, otherwise tender will be terminated.
