Eligibility criteria:
01. Tenderer must submit the following documents:
    i) Up-to-date or FY: 2025-2026 income tax clearance certificate.
    ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
      iii) Up-to-date or FY: 2025-2026 trade license.
      iv) Up-to-date or FY: 2025-2026 Must have any one contractor license of LGED, PWD,
           EED, HED, RHD, City Corporation, Pauroshova or any Government Organization.
      v) Valid Authorization letter.
02. Experience:
i) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(Three) years General experience.
ii) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar constriction work of minimum 4,80,000/- (Four Lac and Eighty Thousand) only under maximum One contracts in the last 5 (Five) of years.
03. Financial Criteria:
i) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2,95,000/- (Two Lac and Ninety five Thousand) only from any scheduled Bank.
04. Other required eligibility and conditions are shown in TDS, PCC, ITT and attach document.
05. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all Tenders/Proposals / Pre-Qualifications / EOIs any time.
