Brief Description of Package: 1) High-quality Edible Soybean Oil which rich in vitamin-A with packaged transparent plastic bottle.

2) The Tenderers must be directly submitted One (01) liter (packaged) transparent plastic bottle of High Quality Edible Soybean Oil along with the brand name and mentioned tenderers name and address as a sample for evaluation to the Procuring Entity office at Superintendent of Police, Nilphamari (2nd Floor) from 18/02/26 to 01/03/26, Time-09.00 AM to 14.00 PM. As Per Schedule asks for a price per litre, half (0.500) litre samples will not be accepted. No sample will be accepted after 02/03/26, Time-12.00 PM and without submission of sample the tender will be considered as Non-Responsive.

3) According to the instructions of the Police Headquarters, Edible Soybean Oil should be rich in vitamin-A and supplied in high-quality transparent plastic bottle of 0.500 Liter, 01 Liter, 02 Liter, 03 Liter and 05 Liter the weight of the product, date of production and expired date should be clearly mentioned on the package.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 13000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4333333 ~ 13000000.

AS per PPA-2006 & PPR-2025 in accordance with TDS & PCC. Updated Income Tax Payment AY23-24, VAT Certificate, Trade License, NID with 01 copy pp picture, Ownership Certificate, Declaration of bidder is not blacklisted, Financial Solvency Certificate. Bank statement of the last three (03) months prior to the submission of the tender, Certificate of relevant work experience in the police department. All documents must be attested by a 1st class gazette officer. If all the information mentioned or any information is not correct, the tender submitted will be considered Non-Responsive.
