* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.

Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000000 ~ 15000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(i) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works [Epoxy painting works for Gas pipeline/Metering & Regulating Station /Chemical plant/Power plant/Storage tank/Industry/Ship/Vessel /Condensate pipeline] under public sector of at least 1 (One) contract that have been successfully completed within last 10 years with a value of at least BDT 40 (Forty) Lac Only and that are similar nature to the proposed works and services complexity, methods, technology or other characteristics as described in in Section-7 & 8 (Employer’s Requirements). Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. As evidence, whereof the tenderer must submit the completion certificate issued by the Client.
(ii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than BDT 45.00 (Forty Five) Lac Only over the best 03 years in the last 05 financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the newspaper.
(ii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be BDT 67.00 (Sixty Seven) lac Only.
(iv) The minimum capacity shall be BDT 48.00 (Forty Eight) lac Only.
