The Tenderer shall submit Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority) as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year (2024-2025).
The Tenderer shall submit Vat Registration Certificate or Business identification number (BIN) certificate.
The Tenderer shall submit Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 2,50,000.00(Two Lac Fifty Thousand) from any scheduled Bank.
Other Eligibility of Tenderer as per e-PG1 (SRFQ) document.
