Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements:
a) A minimum of 01 (one) year of general experience in construction works, including Good supply works.
b) A minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in electrical goods/Equipment ( ATS, Cable/Circuit Breaker/Fan/Pump Motor/3-Pin Combined Socket/Light) supply works. At least 1 (one) contract must have a value of Taka 10,00,000.00, including items such as DBS wiring/base course, aggregate base type-I, and the aforementioned electrical goods/Equipment supply completed within the last 5 (Five) years.
d) A minimum liquid asset of Taka 12,00,000.00 is required.
e) All other criteria stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) must be met.
2. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be considered ineligible.
3. The minimum required tendering capacity is Taka 10,00,000.00.
4. Tenderer must submit the VAT certificate, IT certificate, Trade License, NID, Bank Solvency Certificate, liquid assets, Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026], general and Specific similar experience certificates, technical specifications, and other required documents along with the tender documents. All documents submitted in the e-GP system must also be sent as printed hard copies to the Chief Engineer's office, ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT, GSTU, Room No. 216, Admin Building, GSTU, within one (01) day of the tender opening.
5. The Tenderer’s quoted rate/Less shall be as per PPR-2025. Income Tax Assessment Year shall be [2025-2026];
6. The University Authority reserves all rights related to tender opening, processing, evaluation, issuance of Notification of Award (NOA), issuance of work order, cancellation, and other relevant matters.
7. The original proprietor (1st Party) must personally execute the repair and renovation works.
