Brief Description of Package: (1) The Edible oil (Soyabean oil).
(2) The Edible oil (Soyabean oil) (in plastic cans) of the accepted brand shall be supplied as per the sample of Edible oil (Soyabean oil) (in plastic cans) kept at Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur. The required Edible oil (Soyabean oil) (in plastic cans) as per the work order shall be delivered to Ration Store, Police Training Center, Rangpur at its own cost and warehoused.
(3) The Edible oil (Soyabean oil) should be supplied in 0.500 liter (plastic can), 01 liter (plastic can), 02 liter (plastic can), 05 liter (plastic can) as per the demand of the authorities.
(4) As per the instructions of Police Headquarters, the level of enrichment of BSTI approved Edible oil (Soyabean oil) with Vitamin "A" will be 15 to 30 ppm (Parts per million) i.e. minimum 0.015 to maximum 0.030 mg of Vitamin A per gram of edible oil (0.015-0.030 mg/g) and the symbol "Sothik Pusti, Sustho Jibon" should be displayed on the container of edible oil. If the samples submitted under the tender and Random Sample at the time of acceptance are collected and sent to the Accredited Laboratory for testing, all expenses in this regard will be borne by the tenderer.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 4166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 12500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 4166666 ~ 12500000.

(8) Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
** Tenderer must be submited 1 (One) littre Sampale on opening date before opeining time.
