Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
b.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one contract of Similar nature construction work comprising CNC work successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9,00,000/- (Nine Lac).
c.The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 11.00 lac over the last 05 financial years or best 03 years in the last 05 financial years.
d.The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) Lac. For specific credit commitment submitted in Form ePWA-8 otherwise tender shall be Non-responsive.
e.The minimum capacity shall be: 12.00 lac
(f) The intending tenderers must enclose up-to date Trade License, TIN payment certificate (minimum 2023-24) , BIN certificate, ABC/BC and Electrical Supervisory License from office of the Chief Electric Inspector.
(g) Other qualifications are described in tender documents and tender data sheet (TDS).
