Eligibility criteria:
As Per TDS and along with the followings:
The following instructions to be followed by all the tenderers.
1. Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms properly (According to STD) with
necessary information and by uploading necessary documents, which shall be
considered for tender evaluation.
2. Non-submission of ongoing works under any PE organizations that affect the
tender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.
3. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kinds
are determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken following
Rules 149 of PPR-2025 & relevant document.
4. If the item wise quoted rate is more than 10% less or above than the
present approved Rate Schedule of DSCC/PWD/LGED then the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysis
of the quoted rate. For any item of BOQ which are not included in mentioned rate schedule no analysis will be required.
