Brief Description of Package: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of biometric/ face recognition Attendance System of NHA.
Eligibility criteria:
The minimum years of general experience of the Bidder in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be Five (5) years and years counting backward from the date of publication.
The minimum specific experience of supplying Biometric/ face recognition Attendance system or similar nature of work  at least One (1) contract successfully completed within last Five (5) years with total value minimum BDT Ten (10) Lac. Bidder should submit the completion certificate along with the proposal.
 The Bidder must submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter direct from OEM.
The OEM/manufacturer should have local presences in Bangladesh.
The Bidder should have Valid ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 9001:2015. 
The Bidder must have legal capacity to enter into Contract.
The Bidder, in support of its qualification shall be required to submit certified photocopies of latest documents related to valid Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN),VAT Registration Number and Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled Bank; without which the Quotation may be considered non-responsive.
