Brief Description of Package: Manufacturing and supplying of 95 GSM Security Cheque paper as per the guidelines and specification of Bangladesh Bank. The security paper (paper size: 584mm×457mm) will have double tone dandy roll watermark in Bengali script of “Sonali Bank PLC” with bank’s monogram to be shown 07 (Seven) rows in a sheet as per Bank specification. The fourdrinier water mark will consist of at least three levels.

* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 75000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 225000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 75000000 ~ 225000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The tenderer must be a legally recognized entity.

The tenderer/supplier must have minimum 05 years of experience in supplying security cheque paper along with the experience of supplying at least 10,000 reams of CBS-1 security cheque paper in a calendar year against a single purchase order to any scheduled bank in Bangladesh, during the last 05 (five) years i.e. years counting backwards from the date of publication of the respective IFT. Documentary evidence (purchase agreement, completion certificate etc.) has to be enclosed.
