Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 18000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6000000 ~ 18000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of Goods & related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years [Years counting backward from the date of IFT].
2. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply & installation of Lift in a single contract with a minimum value of Taka 45.00 (Forty Five) lac in any government/semi government/ autonomous/private organization within last 5 (five) years from the date of IFT.
3. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 02 Nos per year.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets of the tenderer shall be Taka 50.00 (Fifty) lac in the form of a letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking for line of credit (Form e-PG3-8) without alteration issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days of the deadline for submission of Tender only.
[Regarding specific work experience, if it is done in any organization other than PWD, the certifying officer shall be a senior level official and that certificate shall have to be authenticated by the Executive Engineer of concerned working jurisdiction of PWD]
5. Met all other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender as mentioned in the ITT, GCC & Tender data sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
6. VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
