Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in
Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least
1 (one) Construction work under single contract within the last 5(Five) years of
a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six Lac) in any Government/Semi-Government/
Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.
6.00 (Six Lac) over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-
Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting
backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the
PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 6.00 (Six Lac)
e)The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration
Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Citizenship certificate & national identity card copy.
f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 6.00 (Six Lac) The Tenderer must
submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
g) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
h). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document
must be fulfilled.
