Eligibility criteria:
Quotationer shall have legal capacity to enter into Contract in support of its qualification required to submit scan copies of latest documents related to:
i) Valid Trade License,
ii) Tax Clearance Certificate (or Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year of 2024-25),
iii) VAT Registration Number/Business Identification Number (BIN) and
iv) Financial Solvency Certificate showing liquid asset of at least BDT 80,000/- (Eighty Thousand Only) from any scheduled Bank
