Eligibility criteria:
a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in lift supply, installation, testing & commissioning work.
b) The Tenderer must have the experience of satisfactory completion of similar works at least 40.00 lac under a single number of contract over a period of last 5 (five) years in Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autunomous bodies. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank and status of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/ Organization.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT is Tk. 45.00 lakh.
e) Black listed/ debarred bidders from any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autunomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
f) Up-to- date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate & ABC eletrical contactory and supervisory license to be submitted.
g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
h) The tenderer shall fillup and submit specification mentioned in section 5 (Form e-PG2-4).
i) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Rules-2025 and its amendment.
