Brief Description of Package: The scope includes the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of one brand new laptop for NOC, one brand new laptop for DAM-M (COX LS), and one brand new photocopier for the Submarine Cable Landing Station at Cox’s Bazar. The supplier shall ensure that all equipment is new, unused, and compliant with the required technical specifications, and shall provide necessary accessories, user manuals, and after-sales support, including warranty and technical assistance as applicable.
Eligibility criteria:
The Quotationer must have the legal capacity to enter into the contract and submit certified photocopies of valid supporting documents to demonstrate eligibility. These include a Trade License, a Tax Clearance Certificate or acknowledgement slip proving submission of the income tax return for the specified assessment year, a VAT Registration Number or Business Identification Number (BIN), and a Financial Solvency Certificate from any scheduled bank showing liquid assets equal to at least 70% of the estimated contract cost. Failure to submit any of these required documents may result in the quotation being treated as non-responsive.
