Repair and Painting of 6 Nos Signboard on Different Rivers and Khal at Different Upazilas in Meherpur District under O&M Budget of Meherur WD Division, BWDB, Meherpur during the FY 2025-26.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP portal through CPTU along with valid and updated Trade License, Vat Registration and TIN certificate.
2) Work plan, Statement of work method, Equipment & Personnel must be submitted.
Special Instruction: (Please Read)
1) The work of the package may be totally dropped, decreased or increased as per field condition/design for which no claim will be entertained for cancellation of the tender/Issuance of work order.
2) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim in this regard will be entertained.
3) Continuation of work could not be hampered for the reason of insufficient Budget Provision & Fund Allocation. The work must be completed within the stipulated time failure of which action will be taken as per Tender Clause & PPR-2025.
4) The Procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
5) The concern contractor will have to arrange the required land for construction works by consulting with the local union chairman and owner of the land. The concern contractor cannot claim any additional compensation in this connection and if so; his claim will not be admissible.
6) The tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the standard Tender Document and PPR-2025, including all up-to-date amendments.
7) Latest circular of BPPA and BWDB shall be implied.
8) The tender evaluation will be based on the tenderer's uploaded documents. Outside or offline documents will not be considered.
