Eligibility criteria:
1. Must possess a valid Trade License for courier / logistics / parcel service.
2. Must have a valid TIN Certificate.
3. Must have valid VAT Registration (BIN).
4. Must have a nationwide operational network (own offices / agents / franchise) with own transport/logistic support.
5. Must have a minimum 3 years specific experience in courier/document delivery services for Government / Bank / Corporate / Utility organizations.
6. Must have an average annual turnover of BDT 20 Lakh from courier/logistics services during the last 3 years.
7. Experience in bulk bill distribution or mass document delivery will be considered an advantage.
8. Bank Solvency Certificate within 3 months with a value of at least BDT 5 Lakh.
