Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Sub contractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01 (one) contract of 01 (one) no RCC framed structure building construction works successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 3.0 crore (Tk Three crore only); Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal. Specific experience certificate to be submitted must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
3) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2.50 crore (Tk Two crore & Fifty lac only) over the best 03 (three) years in the last 5 (Five) financial years or the best five years in the last 10 (Ten) financial years. Payment certificates received for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with the tender in support of construction turnover.
4) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 1.25 crore (Tk One crore & Twenty-Five lac only). Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk. 3.0 crore (Tk Three crore only).
6) The Tenderer must submit up to date Trade license, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration certificate, ABC/BC Electrical contractor and ABC/BC Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electricity Licensing Board.
