Brief Description of Package: Procurement and Installation of GPS & Walkie-Talkie in different Vessels and Stations of BIWTC.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 8000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2666666 ~ 8000000.

Eligibility criteria:
01. Attested photo copies of Valid up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration certificate and Latest TIN & TAX clearance Certificates must be submitted with the tender.
02. Original Bank solvency certificate. 
03.  A minimum of three (3) years of general experience as a Prime Contractor in the procurement/supply/installation of Navigational Items/ marine related items.
04. Within the last five (5) years, the tenderer must have minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor of at least one (01) similar nature of work successfully completed for the Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous maritime organization or Reputed Shipping Company in the procurement/supply/installation of Navigational Equipment with a minimum contract value of BDT 17.00 (Seventeen) lakh. The tenderer shall submit the necessary documents in support of the claimed experience.            
06. The bidder must have authorization from manufacturer as local dealer/distributor/Re-seller.
07. The bidder must be a marine electronics company and workshop approved by Classification society.
08. The bidder must submit necessary documentary evidence to support their engineering and technical capabilities with regards to the supply, installation, commissioning and provision of after sales service and support for the equipment to be supplied in this tender.
09. The tenderer shall submit Audit Report of there farm of last 03 (three) years.
