* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 266666 ~ 800000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Any Business Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) Construction in a single contract within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk.1.5 (One point five) lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.5 (Three point Five) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The Tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets/credit facilities (in the PW2a-8 Form Published by BPPA) of Tk. 1.5 (One point five) Lac.
e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 2.5 (Two point Five) lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet.
g) VAT shall be deducted from the contractor's bill using the current NBR rate.
h). All other conditions as mentioned in TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
