As Per TDS and Last Amendment of PPR-2025 and Last Circular of CPTU.
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least 01(One) contract(s) of Improve Toilet/Twin Pit Latrine/Wash Block/Public Toilet/Community Toilet/Wash Facilities/Building Construction successfully completed within the last 05(Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 1,95,00,000.00(One Crore and Ninety Five Lac). years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2,30,00,000.00(Two Crore and Thirty Lac) over the last 05(Five) financial years or best 05(Five) years in the last 10(Ten) financial years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 80,00,000.00(Eighty Lac).
Without Containing PE's Memo & Name, Work Order Amount, completed amount, Completion Date, official ref no./memo, e-Mail (if Possible), Experience Certificate/Payment Certificate will be disregarded for evaluation process.
