Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The tenderer must be a manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer having Valid trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, BIN, IRC, TIN, Income tax clearance certificate and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated certificate).
2) The manufacturer is required to hold a valid industrial license, an environmental clearance certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE), Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) and ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certifications. For the product, a certificate verifying compliance with ISO 4427-2:2007 or an equivalent standard is also necessary.
3) The tenderer must have 5 years of general experience of manufacturing & supplying of similar goods and related service.
4) Tenderers must meet two distinct criteria within the last five years (from the e-GP IFT publication date) to be eligible:
i) They must have successfully completed for supplying 500 mm or larger diameter HDPE (PN10) pipes and fittings, worth at least Tk. 350.00 lakh against double contract. for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
ii)They must also have experience of installing 500 mm or larger diameter HDPE pipelines through HDD method valued at Tk. 100.00 lakh against 01(one) contract for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization.
5) The tenderer must submit two 1-meter samples of HDPE (PN10) pipe. Each sample needs to be clearly marked with the manufacturer's name, trademark, pipe diameter (in mm).
6) The manufacturer's minimum production capacity is 300 meters per day for 1000 mm diameter HDPE (PN10) pipe.
7) A satisfactory completion of 500mm or above dia through HDD method at 100.00 lakh in one contract over a period of last 03 (three) years.
