Brief Description of Package: Supply of 250 mm dia uPVC pipe & moulded fittings.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 4000; Tender Security: 1800000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 60000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 180000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 60000000 ~ 180000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Local manufacturer who have industrial license, environmental clearance certificate from the Directorate of Environment (DoE),
b) 5 (Five) years general experience in supplying 250 mm dia uPVC pipe and moulded fittings in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization. (Details describes in TDS).
c) The tenderer should have the own laboratory testing facilities. Factory test report have to be submitted with the supplied goods.
d) Tenderer shall submit the sample for each item [i.e. 1m uPVC pipe x 2 piece, T-joint 1 piece, air vent pipe -1 piece (3.3 meter), End cap 1 piece] in Rajshahi regional store before submission of tender and receipt of the depositing shall have to be attached with the Tender document.
e) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of Goods similar to the proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS; and The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least 03 (Three) contracts of a similar nature and complexity within the last 5 (five) years in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. These contracts must have involved the supply of 250 mm dia. upvc pipe. The total value of these 3 contracts must be a minimum of Tk. 360.00 lakh.
f) Production capacity with detailed analysis has to be submitted with the tender documents.
g) Tenderer who fulfill the qualifications criteria stipulated in the TDS, PCC, other conditions of the tender documents and having updated valid trade license, VAT, TIN etc.
All other terms and conditions as mentioned in the tender document (Section 2 & 4) should be fulfilled by tenderer.
