Eligibility criteria:
1. Supplier having valid Trade License, TIN & 13 digit BIN from concermed authority or otherlegal document.
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) years.
3.The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 47,00,000.00 (Forty Seven Lakh).The supply, installation, and commissioning of a solar system shall be treated as similar goods for the purpose of specific experience. The years shall be counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT in the e-GP System.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments,is Tk. 42,00,000.00 (Forty Two Lakh Taka only).
5. Tenderers are requested to visit the site before submitting the tender. Tenderers shall submit conceptual drawings and designs along with the tender. The awarded tenderer shall obtain approval of the drawings and designs from the competent authority of RPCL.
