Eligibility criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 3 (five) years in the electro-mechanical works and years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
b) Minimum specific experience of at least 01 (One) contract of External Electrification successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk. 150.00 Lakh (One Hundred Fifty lakh) in a single contract in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/private organization in Bangladesh.
c) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) or working capitals of the Tenderer shall be Tk 1.30 Crorer (One Crorer Thirty Lakh). Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued between the publication date and deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
d) Others qualification stated in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) and special terms and
condition of External Electrification stated in section 6 and PCC.
e) Updated copy of valid trade license.
f) Updated income tax clearance certificate & E-TIN certificate.
g) Updated VAT registration certificate.
h) A latest certified copy of bank solvency certificate or line of Credit According to PG3-8 Form.
i) A certificate of ownership of the company.
j) National Identity Card copy.
k) Up to date ABC catagory Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
l) Must submit a certificate stating that you are not blacklisted.
m) Site visit certificate from regarding sub-division must be submitted.
