* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 100000000 ~ 300000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This Invitation for Tender is open to all qualified Tenderers as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(five) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works must be at least one contract of RCC framed building construction work successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk 700.00 Lakh (Tk Seven Hundred lakh), Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(c)The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1000.00 Lakh (Tk One Thousand lakh) over the last 5(five) financial years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP Portal.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) shall be Tk 300.00 Lakh (Tk Three Hundred lakh). Line of credit must be in the prescribed format of tender documents.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be Tk 850.00 Lakh (Tk Eight Hundred & Fifty Lakh).
(f) The Tenderer must be submitted Up-to-Date Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC/BC Electrical License and Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
(g) All Other terms and conditions are mentioned in the TDS of this tender.
(h) The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject all the tenders and
no claims will be accepted in this regard.
