Brief Description of Package: Supply of stationery & crockeries goods for Bangladesh House Building Finance Corporation (BHBFC).

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy the followings:
1. The supplier must have experience in doing the same nature of similar work;
2. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be at least Five (5) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last three (3) years, with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 (Fifteen) lakhs.
4. Copy of updated Trade License, VAT registration certificate / BIN, TIN & Copy of updated Income Tax certificate to be submitted;
5. Tender security is an amount of tk. 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) to be submitted in favor of BHBFC as a bank draft/pay order in the e-GP system through Bank;
6. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 18.00 (Eighteen) lakhs.
7. The required average annual turnover supply of Goods and related services must be 20.00 (Twenty) lakhs or more in at least any three (3) years out of the last five (5) years;
8. Copy of NID of tenderer or Authorization letter of a person who will contact with the office of BHBFC including his/her NID;
9. The framework contract will be valid for One (1) year and the contract can be renewed for the next year with the consent of both parties if the goods are in stock. (Note: The tenderer will be obliged to supply whatever quantity of goods the purchaser takes, regardless of the quantity mentioned in the tender.);
10. The Purchaser reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the tender at any time withourt assigning any reason;
11. All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act 2006, PPR-2025 and its amendments.
